Hindu Vivah Invitation Wording.

The main ceremony invitation — the one everyone receives.

Who invites
The elders of both families invite, naming the parents and often the grandparents before the couple.
How it opens
Shree Ganeshaya Namah, or the family deity, written at the top of the card
Register
Warm and formal. "Request the pleasure of your company" is common; so is "seek your blessings", which reads more naturally in an Indian invitation.
