Bharani and Uttara Bhadrapada.
Nadi dosha — both are Madhya nadi. Bhakoot dosha — the rashi axis is 2-12. Both are commonly considered cancellable depending on the full charts. Worth asking an astrologer rather than reading a total.

How this was calculated
Ashtakoota assigns points across eight kootas weighted 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 to a maximum of 36. Most families treat 18 as the working minimum.
Four kootas — Varna, Vashya, Graha Maitri and Bhakoot — depend on the moon rashi, and a nakshatra alone does not fix it: a nakshatra spans 13°20' and can fall across two rashis depending on the pada. This page uses each nakshatra's principal rashi (Mesha and Meena here). If a birth falls in a pada belonging to the neighbouring rashi, those four scores can shift. For anything binding, use both full birth charts with an astrologer — this page is a first look, not a verdict on a marriage.
